Trap Shoot at Milan.  Leave at 10:30am.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2014:
Secondary Faculty Meeting:  7:50 am in the FACS room.
4 Year Pre K Grandparent's Day -10:00- 11:30am
Freshman and Seniors meet with Jostens at 2:45pm.
Mid Terms are being sent home today.
Jr. High Basketball Practice:  Girls – 3:30-5:00pm.   Boys – 5:00-6:30pm.  Must have a physical turned in to Coach Holcer by today, if you have not done so.

Congrats to the Meadville Eagle Pride Marching Band for their 1st place finish over Brookfield!

The Meadville Art Department is requesting donations of clean plastic bottles. These can be water bottles, 20 oz pop bottles (colored ones are fine, too), and 2-liter bottles. Please make sure they are clean, and they can be dropped off in the art room. Thank you so much!!

FFA Trapshooters are selling raffle tickets for a 12 gauge shotgun as a fundraiser.  For more information, call Mr. Martin at 938-4852.

Seniors:  The Hagan Scholarship is now available and must be submitted by November 15, 2014.  This scholarship is open to anyone with a 3.5 or higher GPA, a composite score of 23 on the ACT, and works at least 240 hours during the summer.  Applicants are required to fill out the 2014 FAFSA prior to November 15 & have an Expected Family Contribution of less than $7,500.  Applications may be found online at www.hsfmo.org

Pumpkin Fest:  We would like to encourage the classes and organizations to do floats for the parade. We are really excited for this years event. We have had a lot of outside interest from people doing various things. we are hoping for a huge turnout!  The band teacher said several schools have contacted him about marching. We think that is awesome!!

The first Senior Scholarship Night of the year will be held on Monday, September 29 from 4:30-7:30 pm.  There will be a meeting for parents at 6:30 pm.

There is softball apparel located in Mrs. Edwards room for anyone wanting to look or purchase please see Mrs. Edwards. Thank you.

Seniors:  Go to WendysHeisman.com to apply for the Wendy's High School Heisman Award.  This scholarship is open to all seniors who participate in athletics.

Students in grades 5-12 who have participated in community service activities in the last year can apply for the Prudential Spirit of Community Award Program.  For more information or to apply, visit spirit.prudential.com/promotion by November 4, 2014.
